Step 2: Choose The Plan That Best Fits Your Individual Needs & Budget:

Whether you choose a Biweekly or our Preferred Mortgage / Loan Acceleration plan, our products and plans are designed to save you thousands (each plan includes an enrollment & debit fee). Next, our staff will contact you to complete your enrollment application. Afterwards, you will receive a secure DocuSign from Biweekly Mortgage Association (BWMA) for your signature. Once completed, BWMA will process your application and upload it to our Servicer* for final processing. Next, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a welcome call from BWMA Customer Care. Simultaneously, you will receive a welcome letter in the mail before your first debit. Enclosed is your unique website login and password. This way, you can view your biweekly accounts and payments to your lender online 24/7.  So, whether you choose a biweekly mortgage, loan, or a mortgage / loan acceleration plan, you will save enormously. Step 3: Your Enrollment With Us is Forever and So Are Our Services to You: 

Whether you refinance your current mortgage, or your current loan is sold to another lender, you are a client as long as you own the home. Just contact Customer Care and they will make the necessary adjustments. There are no additional enrollment fees required. You are in reliable hands every step of the way. We guarantee your loan payments will be on time with no late fees. If there is ever a problem as a result of our error, the homeowner will be promptly reimbursed and made whole. We also provide ongoing support in the area of Lender Audits. Banks and Lenders are notorious for making mistakes. We have seen first-hand how difficult this mishap is to correct. On your own, it can become a homeowners' nightmare. Luckily, you have us to help. We act as your Gatekeeper and our Audit Department has your back.
